Special wall panel expansion nails (wall panel expansion nails/expansion screws/hollow geckos/expansion screws) are used for fixing gypsum boards, light partitions, and calcium silicate boards . They are used in situations where self-tapping screws and general expansion screws are not applicable . For example, when hanging light steel frame partition walls, self-tapping screws cannot be used due to insufficient screw holding force on the panel, and ordinary expansion screws cannot be used due to the hollow structure inside the wall. However, using wall panel expansion nails can achieve good results.

The hollow wall anchor structure of the wall panel expansion nail consists of a dish-head screw and a sleeve with a support plate that can be expanded. During installation, first drill a hole on the wall panel with the same size as the outer diameter of the sleeve, insert the wall panel expansion nail into the hole, and then use the wall panel expansion device to pull out the screw. At the same time, the fixing plate on the sleeve will open to fix the sleeve to the wall panel, remove the inner screw, put on the fixing part, and then lock the inner screw.
