Q1: What payment methods are currently available?
A1 : Currently we provide cash on delivery, pre-shipment remittance and credit card payment modes.

Q2: How much does it cost to purchase for free shipping?
A2 : If a single purchase exceeds 3,000 yuan, you will enjoy free shipping. For orders less than 3,000 yuan, a shipping fee of 150 yuan will be charged.

Q3: Can I ship to other countries and Taiwan’s outer islands?
A3 : The delivery scope is limited to all counties and cities in Taiwan (please note! Please do not use a post office box as the delivery address). Shipping costs for overseas areas and Taiwan's outer islands will be calculated separately. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q4: Shipping method?
A4 : The delivery method is through home delivery logistics or registered post office parcel delivery.

Q5: How many days does it take to receive the goods after ordering?
A5 : If the product is not out of stock, the normal situation is to order before 3:30 pm, and it will arrive in about 1-3 days. No shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. In case of shortage or heavy freight volume, the time will be further extended.

Q6: Return and exchange instructions:
A6 : If the product itself is defective, damaged, missing parts or does not meet the specifications and needs to be exchanged, please log in and call (02) 2702-2266 within 7 days after arrival to transfer to online customer service, or leave your message in "Contact Us" Message, we will process it for you as soon as possible.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is faulty, damaged, worn, scratched, scratched, dirty, has incomplete packaging due to human factors caused by improper use and disassembly by the consumer, or if the invoice and accessories are missing.
When returning goods, please return the purchase invoice and goods (including gifts) together.
Returned (exchanged) products must be in brand new condition and fully packaged, including main products, user manuals, registration replies, and peripheral parts. Otherwise, the company has the right to refuse to accept returns.
Because it is difficult to return products packaged in blister packaging to their original state, returns (exchanges) will not be accepted once opened unless there are product defects, so please make sure before purchasing.
