Removable screw fixing agent (DH-TL04210)

Removable screw fixing agent is a single-liquid, medium-strength, thixotropic anaerobic adhesive, specially designed for screws that require tools to be removed. It is suitable for the surfaces of two closely connected metal parts. The bonding will be solidified when used under oxygen-deficient conditions. Even if it is subject to vibration or impact, it can prevent leakage and loosening of the connected parts. After fixation, it can also avoid contamination or corrosion from other chemicals and achieve anti-rust effect.

Notice:
Removable screw fixing agents are not suitable for pure oxygen or oxygen-rich environments, and cannot be used on materials that contain chlorine or are highly susceptible to oxidation.

If you use liquid to clean the surface of the object before joining, please pay special attention to the compatibility of the glue and the cleaning water. In some cases, these solutions will affect the curing and performance of the glue. Under normal circumstances, this product is not recommended for use on plastic products (especially thermoplastic plastics, which may crack due to pressure). Users are advised to confirm the compatibility of the object first.

Instructions:

Assemble
1. For best results, the surface of the object must be clean and free of oil.
2. Shake thoroughly before use.
3. If the substrate is an inactive metal, consider using a catalyst
4. Appropriate amount of removable screw fixing agent should be applied to the thread engagement, but only the first turn of threads should be left without sealant. If the thread is larger, you need to increase the amount of coating and drip an appropriate amount of glue on the nut.
5. Assemble and tighten the screws and nuts
6. Use appropriate tools to tighten until a proper fit is achieved. Allows to sit for 24 hours for maximum strength

Disassembly
1. Disassemble with standard tools
2. In some cases, if it cannot be removed with tools, the bolt or nut can be removed by locally heating the bolt or nut.
