Permanent screw fixative is a single liquid, medium to high strength, thixotropic anaerobic adhesive. It is suitable for the surfaces of two closely connected metal parts. The bonding will be solidified when used under oxygen-deficient conditions. Even if it is subject to vibration or impact, it can prevent leakage and loosening of the connected parts.

Screw fixing agent is mainly used to fix metal screws and fasteners to prevent screws, bolts and nuts from loosening due to vibration and enhance safety. In addition, after being fixed, it can also avoid contamination or corrosion from other chemicals and achieve anti-rust effect.

Permanent screw fixatives are not suitable for pure oxygen or oxygen-rich environments, and cannot be used on materials that contain chlorine or are highly susceptible to oxidation.

In some cases, these solutions will affect the curing and performance of the glue. Instructions:

Assemble
1. For best results, the surface of the object must be clean and free of oil.
2. Shake thoroughly before use.
3. If the substrate is an inactive metal, consider using a catalyst
4. An appropriate amount of permanent screw fixing agent should be applied to the thread engagement, but only the first turn of threads should be left without sealant. If the thread is larger, you need to increase the amount of coating and drip an appropriate amount of glue on the nut.
5. Assemble and tighten the screws and nuts
6. Use appropriate tools to tighten until a proper fit is achieved. Allows to sit for 24 hours for maximum strength
